Every one of us wants to be something when we grow up. We dream to achieve something big right from our childhood. There are millions of jobs professions to choose from. And a specific profession we choose is called a dream job/ job / own business. We all have one or the other kind of a dream job that we would like to do one day.
You might get this inspiration from either someone in our family
a role model or someone whom you really admire or even from some situation you have faced. We all have dreams that we want to fulfill at one point in our lives. However, we always have to work hard for it.
We can do or start our own business first we can learn skills ex.creativity, communication, Emotional intelligence, Leadership, Problem solving, Skill Project management, Writing, Technology management etc.
Firstly we want to develop our skills,then we would have opportunity to do online work etc. For ex_ copy-paste work and earn 60,000rs per month Online work - for ex. Digital marketing, Affiliate marketing, blogging, Freelancing etc.
Also you start own business specific for woman / girls like beauty parlor art- mehandi classes etc.
Hard work is the key to success. We can climb straight to success only by working hard. We can't achieve anything without hardwork. Hard work only leads as to success. Hard work makes us strong physically and mentally.
The most powerful thing in the world is knowledge. Knowledge is power which means a knowledgeable person is very powerful because by his knowledge, develop skills and also confidence. Start own business and invest money into a bank business.property etc. in the hope that you will make a profit he/she.
Role of Women in today's Society the symbol of spirituality, strength, love, sacrifice and courage. The role of woman in today's world is changing significantly.
"It is hard to be a woman you must think like a man act like a lady, Look like a young girl and work like a house wife".
More and more woman are in jobs it is right steps in the direction for their economic emancipation and independence. Woman entering the job market in a bigger numbers to have equality with men.
However, this goal may not be achieved simply by being gainful employed because employed woman are now doubly burdened as they have to work both in the office / factory and home.
They enjoy neither greater choice nor better standards of living, it is really sad that their usual work at home before and after duty hours goes unrecongnised and unrewarded.
Females are the only beings who witness the miracle of God, i.e to give birth and that miracle in itself is greater than work.
Her, role, which was already written in the ancient books if firm and determined because it takes a lot of hard work , more than earning bread , to fill up a house with laughter.
Throughout history, the work men did differed greatly from the work woman did. There are many factors that come into play to determine why there is such great disparity between men and woman at the workplace. Woman are stereotyped as weak , sensitive , submissive , shy , but be a housewife is at the top of the list.
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam says that, Empowerment of woman leads to development of a good family good society and ultimately, a good nation.
When a woman is happy, the home is happy. When the woman is happy, the society is happy. When society is happy, the state is happt. When the stat is happy, there will be peace I. the country and it will develop at greater pace.
